    • Responsibilities
      1. Assist in completion of permitting property
      2. Coordinate all pre-development activity with Architects, Engineers, Contractors
      3. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the site work and construction
      4. Coordinate and execute any legal issues for project
      5. Liaison between Buyer, Owner, Contractor
      6. Establish and control Pre-Development budgets and provide monthly updates throughout project
      7. Provide monthly reports for outside reporting as required
      8. Overall project coordination
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Responsibilities
      1. Produce and execute a marketing and sales plan aimed at reaching the targeted revenue and absorption goals for the project
      2. Provide and maintain a sales and marketing budget, updated as necessary
      3. Act as Broker of Record
      4. Coordinate all customer activities and contract administration
      5. Plan, furnish and staff the on-site sales facility
      6. Provide Owner with appropriate sales reporting
      7. Coordinate all outside brokerage firm activities
